Features
RONDCOM 60 A and RONDCOM 60 AS are universal form testers for the analysis of roughness, cylinder form, perpendicularity, parallelism, straightness, flatness, coaxiality, concentricity, thickness error and radial runout. With their high rotational accuracy, they are perfect for a large number of precision parts from the mechanical engineering and medical technology industries.

Stability for High Precision
The air bearings in the R, Z and rotary axes enable excellent measurement of even the most narrow tolerances while the granite in the base, columns and the R axis ensures additional stability. The heart of the RONDCOM 60 AS is a precise, wear-free rotary table on air bearings featuring a rotational accuracy of 10 nanometers.

Automatic Alignment
The patented CNC offset probe holder can be aligned with the workpiece completely automatically and enables the measurement of otherwise difficult to reach features – even below the R axis.

Higher Throughput
Automatic alignment in under a minute, a large deflection range and the stylus system’s high resolution ensure substantial throughput with the RONDCOM 60 A and RONDCOM 60 AS.
