MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor
Metrology software with true 3D functionality
MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor metrology software makes it easy to measure your most complex parts. Intrinsic support of any number of sensors as well as single and compound rotary indexers lets you measure anything from simple geometric forms to complex free-form shapes on properly configured OGP® measurement systems.
Powerful, easy-to-use metrology software with intuitive interface
Measure-X® metrology software is for general purpose video and multisensor metrology. It features a full set of image processing and autofocus tools, geometric functions, ANSI/ISO tolerances, plug and play touch probe support, easy editing, and direct, background data transfer to MeasureFit® Plus contour analysis software and SPC software.
Scan-X®Metrology software for 2D and 3D scanning systems
Scan-X is a powerful, yet easy to use, surface profiling software package that allows you to visualize and make measurements from surfaces. When used online with the Cobra Laser Profile Scanner, Scan-X analyzes laser scan data to produce a high-resolution, two-dimensional profile and/or three-dimensional raster. You can also use Scan-X offline to evaluate imported laser scan data from external sources, such as a video measuring system.

eChek™ metrology software provides ease-of-use, power, and the versatility required to automatically measure 2D parts on your motorized-worktable OGP® Contour Projector®.
Geometric Measuring ProcessorIntegral metrology unit for OGP Contour Projectors
OGP® Contour Projectors® are great inspection devices. They are also true measurement machines, due to the internal Geometric Measuring Processor. Unlike other optical comparator companies, OGP includes the Geometric Measuring Processor as standard equipment on QL-30 and OQ-30B Contour Projectors. Powerful and easy-to-use, it is built into each system. Its shop-hardened membrane control panel is easy to reach and ergonomically correct.

Fitting software automatically compares measurement data to CAD files
MeasureFit® Plus is a powerful fitting package that works with Measure-X® and MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor metrology software. Handling sets of measured data at a time, MeasureFit quickly identifies potential assembly issues. This fitting software analyzes all part features simultaneously and compares them to a nominal design template (“SoftGage®”) created from a measurement routine.
SoftSectioner™Extract 3D data points from a surface using pixel-based analysis.
SoftSectioner™ from Optical Gaging Products is an optical focus technology that uses a pixel-by-pixel best focus scheme to accurately register the Z-height locations at every pixel in direct correspondence to that pixel´s location on the part under test. By dynamically determining the optimal focus for each pixel as the Z-axis is moved through a range, a point cloud of exact XYZ locations is generated in seconds.

SmartCAD 3D lets you create MeasureMind® 3D measurement routines directly from your CAD files, at the system, or offline. Then save your routine, fixture the part, and run it on your SmartScope® system.

SmartFeature lets you run parts of a MeasureMind 3D routine by simply clicking with your mouse. SmartFeature then runs only these features, automatically setting datums if required. Your original MeasureMind 3D routine is unchanged.

SmartFit® 3D by Kotem Technologies is a fast, accurate, and reliable 2D/3D best-fitting and analysis software package to solve misalignment and location problems. It works with collected data from virtually any contact or non-contact inspection source.
SmartProfile®3D GD&T fitting software
SmartProfile® takes point clouds of data from part measurements performed on any measurement system, merges that data with the nominal CAD model of the part with GD&T tolerances, and automatically performs results evaluation while fully complying to the chosen tolerancing standard such as ASME Y14.5 or ISO 1101.
eCAD®Electronic CAD overlay and chart screen projection software
eCAD® is an industry-changing software/hardware package that sets an entirely new standard in optical comparator measurement. Available on specially configured OGP Contour Projectors, this new electronic overlay package consists of software and internal comparator hardware that allows a CAD model to be used to project a profile tolerance band onto the comparator viewing screen.

OGP is proud to offer the new QVI multisensor server, SmartLink™. This innovative software allows third-party metrology software to operate OGP SmartScope multisensor dimensional measurement systems. SmartLink allows programmed operation of video, laser, and touch probe sensors.
